Quote of the Week

Quote: “Whatever the problem, be part of the solution. Don’t just sit around raising questions and pointing out obstacles.” ~Tina Fey

Let’s be honest. It’s really easy to be the person who sees the problems.

We’ve all done it and we’re all experts at it.
“This won’t work because…”
“Well, what about when…”
“I just don’t see how…”

But you know what’s a lot more satisfying? Being the person who rolls up their sleeves and says, “Okay, how can we fix this?”

There’s a certain kind of magic in becoming the solution-seeker instead of the problem-point-er-outer (yeah, I made that up).

A few years ago, I was in a meeting where every discussion turned into a round of “Let’s list all the things that might go wrong.” It was exhausting.
One day, out of nowhere, someone said, “Cool. So what can we do?” And just like that the energy shifted. Ideas flowed. People got excited. Stuff got done.

That moment stuck with me. Not because it was big or dramatic, but because it reminded me that momentum starts when someone stops circling the issue and starts nudging it forward.

So here’s the gentle nudge:
Don’t let fear, frustration, or the endless loop of “what-ifs” keep you stuck.
Be curious. Be creative. Be part of the fix.

We don’t need perfect people.
We need brave people. People that are willing to try, fail, adjust, and try again.

Because the world has plenty of critics.
It needs more believers that nudge us forward.

Let’s get to it.
