Favorite products tried and true.
I often find products and companies that I love and wish that I told friends and family sooner, so I’m going with a monthly post to share them and any promo or discount codes that I happen to have.
These products are not sponsored by the companies and they will only show up here if we have experienced them and LOVE them.
Here are some easy savings:

Verb bars were recommended to me by my bestie as a coffee caffeine alternative. I’m fairly sensitive to caffeine so when I get a coffee, latte, espresso, etc. I have no idea how much caffeine I’m actually having and I will be wired and thrown off for potentially days.
Enter Verb Bars.
They have 80 mg of green tea energy which is about the equivalent of 1 espresso worth of caffeine. I can have up to 2 of these before 2 pm to get an energy boost and the energy is smooth. Smooth burst of energy about 30 min in and smooth decrease without the crash.
On regular days, I have a Verb Bar to get started in the morning, sometimes in the car when I’m heading into the office. At about 1:30 pm, I have half a bar or a full bar if it’s a particularly jam packed night.
On super energy intensive days (multiple commitments with work/family/friends, traveling for 12+ hours, or running a 5K), I will have 2 in the morning about 3 hours a part or I will have one with a cup of home brewed tea.
